Craig Groeschel is the founding and senior pastor of LifeChurch.tv. Craig, his wife, Amy, and their six children live in the Edmond, Oklahoma, area where LifeChurch.tv began in 1996.

Craig's creative leadership skills are changing the way church is done worldwide. Under his leadership, LifeChurch.tv has become one of the country's first multi-campus churches, with over fifty weekend worship experiences at thirteen different locations throughout the United States.

Bobby Gruenewald oversees the LifeChurch.tv Open, Network and United operations as well as the Communications/Public Relations and Digerati teams. Prior to joining the LifeChurch.tv team in 2001, he started and sold two technology companies, consulted with start-ups on venture capital funds, and even traveled and performed with a Christian rap group. His focus now is completely on LifeChurch.tv and the incredible things that God is doing in the lives of people through the ministry each day.

Bobby is passionate about seeing more and more changed lives through the many opportunities with which he feels God has blessed him. His desire is to be an effective leader and to work aggressively to expand the Gospel around the world.

Bobby and his wife, Melissa, have one daughter, Audrey, and a son, Robbie.

Jerry Hurley is responsible for the Team and Personnel Development of all staff members at LifeChurch.tv. He directly oversees the Human Resources and Training & Development teams in addition to helping shape the overall direction and leadership of the church. Prior to joining the LifeChurch.tv team in 1998, Jerry was a District Team Leader with Target, where he led multiple stores to maximum profitability, consistent performance and exceptional guest and team member satisfaction. There he gained a broad knowledge of personnel management and leadership of multiple teams in various locations while motivating the stores to consistently deliver high performance and outstanding service.

Jerry is passionate about developing people into all that God has created them to be. He is dedicated to using his skills and passions to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Jerry and his wife, Annette, have three children, Erin, Zach, and Joshua.

Kevin Penry is responsible for the overall Operations of LifeChurch.tv. He is instrumental in guiding the decision making process as it relates to operational excellence, maintaining the highest level of integrity in regards to church finances, construction and design, and improving overall efficiency within the organization. Kevin joined the LifeChurch.tv team in 2000. Before working at LifeChurch.tv, Kevin was a gifted architect and home builder. In addition, he has his Commercial Pilot's License and enjoyed spending his time teaching others to fly.

While Kevin is passionate about improving the effectiveness of the operations of LifeChurch.tv, more importantly, he is passionate about seeing lives changed through the powerful message of Jesus Christ.

Kevin and his wife, Nikki, have three children that are grown and married as well as three grandchildren. Brandon and his wife Corey are parents to Miles. Amber and her husband, Arly, have two children named Justus and Grace. Candace and her husband, Evan, are the newlylweds of the Penry family.

Sam Roberts is responsible for the Campus Operations of LifeChurch.tv. The Campus Operations team, comprised of the Regional Campus Pastors, the Host Team Director, and the LifeKIDS Ministry Specialist, reports directly to Sam and he also is responsible for the direction of external marketing for all of LifeChurch.tv. Sam plays an important role in the leadership of all campuses and their staff, as well as the overall direction of LifeChurch.tv and its initiatives that are implemented at the campus level. Before coming to work at LifeChurch.tv in 1998, Sam was employed with the headquarters of Mardels where he did marketing and promotions.

Sam is a strong leader who will do anything to see someone's life changed by Christ. His passion is evident in everything he does and is spread to all that come in contact with him.

Sam and his wife, Jayme, are the parents of four children, Grace, Hannah, Benjamin, and Nathan.
